I run in-person cookery classes for organisations who look to put on a service to their members. Classes are bespoke, and are tailored towards the specific group of delegates. I have previously worked with the University of Sheffield as part of the Residence Life programme, putting on classes for students at the University. To read more about the classes, click here.
Classes can be designed in consultation with the provider. For example, for students at the University of Sheffield, I designed sessions to focus on the requirements of student life, such as money-saving meals, easily accessible ingredients and healthy meals. Similarly, I have run themed sessions depending on the time of year, cooking Halloween and Christmas inspired dishes.
I can provide the equipment or use existing equipment you may already have. I am qualified in Level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Catering and will ensure that the proposed venue is appropriate. Each class comes with a recipe card (please see example below) for students to take away and recreate the recipe at home.
