This is one of the easiest and most refreshing drinks you will ever make. Can’t tell you how good it is to sip this coming back from the gym or a run or when you’re hungover. Fresh, cold and fruity, its the perfect start to the day, and so easy to make – here’s the ‘recipe’.
Ingredients (makes 2 pints of juice):
Squeeze of lime juice
2 tbsp of honey
Large handful of ice (7-10 cubes)
Chop the watermelon flesh away from the green rind, and chunk it up into inch-sized pieces.
Add the watermelon and ice into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Taste the mixture and season with the lime and honey. I have given suggestions, but use as much or as little as you like. Blitz again, then serve
